The Prix Report (“we”, “our”, “us”) is committed to the responsible, ethical, and legally compliant use of visual media. This policy explains how we source, license, attribute, and manage all photographs, illustrations, graphics, and other visual assets published on prixreport.com

The Prix Report does not publish AI-generated or fabricated motorsport imagery under any circumstance.
We may publish images provided directly by Formula 1 teams through their official media libraries or press sites, in accordance with each team’s usage terms.
Where permitted, we use images distributed through official FIA / FOM channels, accredited media pools, or Grand Prix organizers.

– Motorsport Images
– Getty Images (via embed tools or editorial licensing)
– XPB Images
– Other established motorsport photography providers
If appropriate, we may use images marked for editorial reuse with proper attribution.
If present at events, our editorial team may publish original photographs taken on-site in compliance with accreditation rules established by FIA / FOM.
When The Prix Report is not physically present at a Grand Prix or FIA-sanctioned event, we rely on licensed third-party editorial photography, including team media libraries, FIA/FOM-distributed assets, and accredited motorsport agencies.
This is standard practice across professional motorsport media.
All visual assets published during off-site coverage comply fully with:
– The licensing terms set by the image provider
– FIA/FOM media usage regulations
– Editorial fair-use principles applicable to news reporting
As The Prix Report expands on-site coverage and receives accreditation for selected events, original photography from our editorial team will be incorporated where permitted.
