Following earlier reveals from Red Bull, Racing Bulls, Haas, and Audi, the German manufacturer added its name to the list with a first look at the Mercedes-AMG F1 W17 E PERFORMANCE visual identity, formally opening its 2026 campaign.

The livery follows a clear design continuity, featuring a familiar blend of black and silver as the dominant tones, complemented by Petronas green accents, reflecting the team’s long-standing technical partnership in fuels and lubricants.

While the car itself has yet to hit the track, George Russell and Kimi Antonelli will take the W17 out for its first on-track running during next week’s Barcelona Shakedown, an initial running phase aimed at validating the car’s core systems ahead of official pre-season testing.

With the visual reveal now complete, Mercedes takes its first public step into the 2026 season, with all eyes turning to Barcelona for the W17’s first real-world reference points under the new technical framework.
