Tickets for the 2026 Chinese Grand Prix are officially on sale, setting the stage for a high-energy race weekend from March 13–15 at the Shanghai International Circuit. As Round 2 of the championship, Shanghai will deliver the first Sprint of the season, ensuring fans get intense, competitive sessions on all three days.

The upcoming season marks the beginning of a completely new chapter for Formula 1, with redesigned cars, updated regulations and an expanded grid featuring the highly anticipated arrivals of Audi and Cadillac. Their debut machinery will play a central role in reshaping the competitive order.

For the third consecutive year, Shanghai will host a Sprint weekend, meaning fans will enjoy Sprint Qualifying on Friday, the Sprint and Grand Prix Qualifying on Saturday, and Sunday’s main race. The format guarantees constant excitement and no downtime across the weekend.

Organizers are already deep into preparations, enhancing facilities, upgrading trackside services and designing new interactive fan experiences alongside exclusive event merchandise.

One of the biggest returns is the B Grandstand, offering a prime view of the dramatic Turn 1–3 sequence, a tightening, high-commitment section known for bold overtakes and changing racing lines. The newly configured E Grandstand will also debut, giving fans an exceptional vantage point over the technical Turn 11–13 complex.

The popular C/F/J Grass Banks remain an excellent value option, with accessible three-day pricing and full flexibility around the circuit.

Across the city, the beloved Checkered Flag Carnival will also return, linking key cultural and entertainment landmarks to create a festival-style atmosphere celebrating motorsport and Shanghai’s vibrant identity.
